2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Cups White Sugar
2 Cups melted Butter
4 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
5 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
4 Cups Chocolate chips
Combine brown and white sugar. Add Melted butter and mix. Add Eggs, 1 at a time until fully incorporated.
Add vanilla.
Add baking powder to flour. Slowly add flour/baking powder mix to sugar butter egg mixture, 1 cup a time.]
Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.
Scoop dough into small balls approximately 1 ½ tablespoons full.
Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet in a preheated 350-degree oven for approximately 10-12 minutes.
NOTE: This recipe makes a very large batch of cookies, but it can easily be cut in half. However, this dough freezes very well. So, make a full batch and freeze ½ of it for later use if desired.
